循環式齒耙清污機可直接將污物運到排放區。導軌可做成曲軌形式，完成到指定地點的污物傾倒。運行速度在每分鐘10米和60米之間的范圍，這樣可以減少在較寬格柵區的整體清污循環時間。可通過手動控制、時間控制、液位差控制，實現全自動操作。同時，還可以實現遠程監測。還可通過手控搖柄實現人工操作。此功能特別適用于機器控制單元出現故障的情況下。
循環式齒耙清污機是由機架、驅動裝置、傳動鏈輪、導向鏈輪以及繞其轉動的封閉式回轉牽引鏈，齒耙和柵條等部件組成。主要特點如下：
1、雙齒齒耙結構。雙齒間呈一夾角，一齒插入柵條中清除，另一齒則形成包圍之勢使雜物不易脫落，所以清污效果好。
2、封閉式牽引鏈。牽引鏈由鏈板、鏈銷和滾輪組成，其與設備兩側的導軌形成封閉的傳動鏈，防止雜物進入將牽引鏈卡死，所以運行平穩可靠。
3、過載安全保護裝置。為避免沖擊負荷對設備的破壞，本機設計安裝有過載安全保護裝置，確保設備安全運行。
